 職位描述： 

 Key  Responsibility

 主要職責:  
 Analyze  the  using  status  of  tools,  provide  optimizing  project  and  carry  out.  
 分析現(xiàn)場刀具使用情況，提供刀具優(yōu)化方案并實施。  

 Provide  advanced  level  troubleshooting  for  transfer  line，  quickly  reaction  to  tool  Issues.  

 分析并處理現(xiàn)場工具問題，為生產(chǎn)線提供先進的解決問題的技術(shù)。  

 rack  tool  supplier  quality  performance,  support  tool  supplier  certification.  

 跟蹤刀具供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量，支持對供應(yīng)商的認證。  

 Provide  technology  Support      for  TOOL,  include  pre-   set  ,  resharpening,  test,  electric  tool  。

 為工具室提供技術(shù)支持，包括刀具調(diào)整，磨鋒，砂輪試驗，裝配工具。  

 Improve  tool  process  

 改進工具加工工藝流程  

 Compile  and  perfect  tool  document,  

 編寫完善工具文件  

 Provide  tool  tech.  support  ,  help  product  line  to  improve  

 process  and  quality  

 提供刀具技術(shù)支持,協(xié)助各生產(chǎn)工藝的能力提升和質(zhì)量改進。  

 Provide  guidance  for tool operators  to improve　process  

 工具加工人員提供作業(yè)指導。  

 Train for tool and  product line operators  

 培訓工具室及生產(chǎn)線的員工。  

 Critical  Competence關(guān)鍵能力要求  

 Bachelor in Machine Manufacturing or related degree

 機械制造及相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科學歷  

 2 years  tool engineer experience in automobile industry  

 2年汽車行業(yè)刀具工程師經(jīng)驗  

 Metal cutting technology  金屬切削工藝學  

 Manufacture  process  制造工藝  

 Tool  design  刀具設(shè)計，包括選型，配刀。  

 Tool material and heat treatment  刀具材料及熱處理  

 Numerical control  technology  數(shù)控技術(shù)  

 Time  management時間管理能力  

 Work plan  Design, and Implementation工作計劃的制定與實施  

 Learning ability  學習能力  

 Communication　and  Speech良好的溝通能力
